Glenn has over 20 years of experience investing in private companies across a variety of industries. Prior to his investing career, Glenn spent 7 years as an officer in the United States Army. He received his undergraduate degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and his MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Outside of work, Glenn is a fitness buff and a struggling golfer.

Gavin brings several years of experience as an operations manager with a national fitness center brand, giving him hands-on insight into what it takes to run and grow health & fitness franchise operations. In addition to his civilian career, Gavin currently serves as an Officer in the United States Army Reserve. Gavin holds a Bachelor's degree from Boston University. Outside of work, you can find Gavin hacking away on a golf course.
